Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Times
We offer shipping throughout Israel. Delivery time is expected to be between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and product availability. Shipments will be made via Israel Post or another courier service, at our discretion.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be determined based on the destination and package size. You will see the shipping cost during the checkout process.

3. In-Store Pickup
We also offer the option for in-store pickup at our location at: Tziporin 5 / 7, Nof Hagalil, Israel 17100, during store hours. Additional details about this option will be provided during the checkout process.

Return/Refund Policy

1. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it and receive a coupon or voucher for future use in the store. The coupon will be valid for 30 days.

2. Product Returns
The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving the delivery, and the product must be in new and unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or item, you can return the product and receive a voucher for future use.
